I can't really make out the labels on my phone, but I've added the names of the structures that match with the descriptions:

1) structure B   Lens
2) Structure L   Optic Disc
3) Structure C   Aqueous humour
4) Structure I   Choroid
5) Structure F   Cornea
6) Structure J   Retina
7) Structure K   Fovea
