I have attached a picture to go with the question, the question is

the above is an example of a human karotype that provides information about an individual. According to this karotype, this individual has.
a) one more autosome than normal
b) one more sex chromosome than normal
c) one less sex chromosome than normal
d) one less autosome than normal

Hellohi is correct. The answer is B. There is one extra sex chromosome in this particular karyotype.

Remember, the first 22 pairs of chromosomes are also referred to as autosomal pairs, so abnormality in first 22 pairs would be referred to as an autosome abnormality, while abnormality in the 23rd chromosome would be referred to as a sex chromosome abnormality.

This particular case is referred to as "47,XXX" or "Triple-X" syndrome.
