Suggestion for studying MBBs in non professional way?

Hi, I'm a biotech student.I would like to learn human anatomy and physiology well as much as doctors would know.I like to be a researcher,so i choosed biotech.but also interested in learning about human body.Another important thing is I'm not capable of paying fee for MBBS degree right now .To get knowledge as a MBBs sudent,What i should do?

any one suggest me a best way to get excel in human anatomy and physiology.

If i can follow reading the syllabus of a Mbbs student, plz any one attach a file with 4 year syllabus of a mbbs student
