Steps...

1) Replication starts and specific sequence called the origin of replication
2) Replication proceeds bidirectionally
3) Active replication is occurring at replication forks
4) Replication ends (replication forks meet at termination sequence)
5) Protein called the tus protein that binds the termination sequence, and won't allow replication forks to proceed.

➔ Causes the replication forks to always meet at ter sequence
