Using the following sequence of reactions, determine the order of reducing agents (strongest to weakest).

   A + B+ → A+ + B
   A + C+ → A+ + C
   B + C+ → no reaction

A) A > B > C
B) A > C > B
C) B > C > A
D) C+ > B+ > A+

B

From reaction 1,
A is better reducing agent than B because A is reducing B+

From reaction 2,
A is better reducing agent than C because A is reducing C+

From reaction 3,
B is weaker reducing agent than C because B is not reducing C+

So, ordre is:
A > C > B
