How does culture affect the early stages of language development, such as cooing and babbling?

a.  Children from other cultures coo and babble much like children in the United States.  b.  Children from other cultures do not coo and babble like children in the United States.  c.  Children from the United States coo and babble much earlier than children from other cultures.  d.  Cooing and babbling are not recognized as important steps in language development in other
