I am working on a chemistry problem where you have to figure out how much energy the frequency of a wave has. The question is below.

"The frequency of a wave is 4.28 · 10^20 Hz. How much energy does this wave have?"

I don't understand how to do this at all. How do you even start to solve this type of problem?  Thank you!
