Xylem and phloem are complex tissues found in Pteridophytes, Gymnosperms and Angiosperms
Xylem conducts water and soluble minerals - phloem conducts photosynthetic products and some mineral nutrients

xylem and phloem are vascular bundles, xylem 4 transportin water&mineral salts while phloem is 4 dissolvd food substances,they are found in almost every flowering plant

xylem and phloem are actually vascular tissues in which they are found in most vascular plants. Xylem transport water and phloem transports manufactured food.
