The balanced equation is:

N2(g) + 3H2(g) Rightwards Arrow 2NH3(g)

1 mole of nitrogen gas reacts to form 2 moles of ammonia.  Therefore 25 moles of nitrogen will react to form 50 moles of ammonia.
