Initial vel .. u = 108km/h = 30m/s .. .. (108^3m / 3600s)
final vel v = 0 m/s
d = 60m

d = average vel x time
t = d /av.vel .. .. 60m / ½(30+0) = 60/15 .. .. .. ?t = 4.0 s
