My group was assigned to look at the eye color.
P-Generation: Wild (CC) x Sepia (cc)
Produces: 4 Wild (Cc)

F1-Generation: Wild (Cc) x Wild (Cc)
Produces: 1 Wild (CC), 2 Wild (Cc) and 1 Sepia (cc)

F2-Generation: ?

The question asks "According to the Punnett squares you just constructed, what are the epxected ratios for the genotypes and phenotypes of the F1 and F2 in the experiment?"  I already know the F1, but I am unsure how to calculated the ratio for the F2 since there are multiple combinations (CC, Cc and cc).

Am I looking at this problem wrong?

Lol.  Just step back a generation.

F1 expected: 100% Cc

F2 expected: 1:2:1, CC:Cc:cc (and of course 3:1, Wild:Sepia)

You're taking the generations one step too far.

Parents produce the F1 (all Cc).
F1 individuals produce the F2 (1 CC: 2 Cc: 1 cc).

So in the question you posted, you wrote
F1-Generation: Wild (Cc) x Wild (Cc)
Produces: 1 Wild (CC), 2 Wild (Cc) and 1 Sepia (cc) --- that's the F2.
