I want to know what in the brain when present allows for a superior iq. I want to know the engineering of the more intelligent brain.
Eugenics is a tool, it is good or bad depending on the professionalism and ethics of the team involved. I mean: Why can't the future be brighter?

People with high IQ seem to be able to make more associations, broader associations, better associations, and longer lasting associations than people with low IQ. And they do it much faster. Part of it seems to be inherited, part of it is behavioral.

At present, the answer to why, is unknown to science.

Even the relative influences of "nature vs nurture" in IQ are not agreed upon and is socio-politically a third rail hot topic where careers are easily destroyed by an answer which others would prefer not to hear.
