It's more complex than previous answer and he's or she's wrong. For instance, the integument is composed of the epidermis and the dermis and the associated subcutaneous layer. The epidermis arises from the ectoderm, but the dermis arises from the mesoderm.

Its best to memorize and then learn and deal with individual organ systems and make the connection which germ layer is involved. This demands writing it down in a notebook and putting into your own words. Sorry, I have no mnemonic, but I had to correct previous post.
