A segment of a polypeptide linked to a tRNA is shown below. Identify the N-terminus, the C-terminus, the amino acid units (which key atoms belong to the same amino acid), the peptide bond and the side chains. Where can this peptide tRNA complex be found?

Didn't understand what was meant by (which key atoms belong to the same amino acid)... Carbon, nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen?

You would find this complex during translation of mRNA.

Doesn't that mean all four atoms as you mentioned?
I asked the instructor about this, but hasn't got any reply yet.

I would say that it's nitrogen, carbon, oxygen, and hydrogen because those are the one's most in common.
