Genotype of the second parent is incomplete . Only R is mentioned .

You have not given the meaning of R and r    & S and s .
Still the answer is as follows ======
1 ) The genotypic ratio ---- RRSs x four types ; RrSs X eight types ;rrSs xfour types total =16.
The ratio is =1RRSs  ; 2RrSs  : 1 rrSs.

2 ) The phenotyic ratio is === 3Red Smooth  : 1 White Smooth

Look up a punnet square but 4x4 an you should be able to figure it out
