I am considering taking a course in physics and astronomy at university (most likely Glasgow). Most of the jobs people seem to have after the course however say that they only use the skills gained in the course (mathematics, problem solving) and not actually physics theory. Is this the case with most jobs or are there more physics related careers available?

After being jobless in recent times I secured a  brilliant job after reading the website in the box below and following their helpful advice for a month or so. give it a try, it certainly helped me.
