H3A + 3NaOH ---> 3HOH + Na3A

Since there are 3H+'s in H3A, A will have a 3- charge.
HOH can also be rewritten as H2O.
Generally speaking, don't separate polyatomic ions into separate elements.
It's easier to balance if you leave water as HOH
so you can see three OH-'s on both sides.
