b = 2a+1
10a + b +36 = 10b+a
10a + 2a+1 + 36 = 10(2a+1) + a
12a +37 =21a + 10
9a = 27
a = 3
b = 2*3+1 = 7
The original number is 10*3 + 7 = 37

let tens digit be x
then unit digit = 2x+1

reversed number: tens digit = 2x+1
                          unit digit = x
                          value  =  10*(2x+1)+x

given:
               10x+2x+1+36  =  (10*(2x+1)+x)
                12x+37          =   21x+10
                       27          =   9x
                       x            =   3

Answer number is  37
