A personal reflection paper and a research paper.
They each have their own styles, requirements, and lengths, this we know. But, what are some of the other differences? Based on your research, what do you believe are the key attributes to a good paper of any kind and why do you think that some of the requirements of the research paper are necessary? Please provide references

Welcome to the forum. The primary difference is that a research paper is strictly objective and rarely is written in first person, while a reflection paper is somewhat subjective, since you're writing about your own personal thoughts, views, and experiences.
