The sum of three consecutive even integers is 9000. what is the largest of these integers?

Now i got the largest to be 3001 and im seeing 3002 as the ans can anybody help me here?

Note that these are consecutive EVEN integers

x + x + 2 + x + 4 = 9000
3x + 6 = 9000
x + 2 = 3000
x = 2998

So the three integers are:

2998
2998 + 2
2998 + 4

or

2998
3000
3002
