Here's my question:
When adding integers, one positive and one negative, what will the sign be when you add them up (negative or positive?)? EXPLAIN WHY.  
Please answer all of the question! :-) Thanks!

When adding integers with different signs, subtract the absolute value of the smaller interger from the absolute value of the larger integer and use the sign of the larger interger.

Depends on the magnitude of the integers. For example, if we add "+21" and "-15", the answer is "+6"
if we add "-21" and "+15" the answer is "-6"

However, when you are multiplying:
if both are positive, the the answer is positive
if both are negative, then the answer is positive.
if one is negative, then the answer is negative.

So, DON'T get addition confused with multiplcation

positive + positive = positive
positive + bigger number negative = negative
positive + small number negative= positive
negative + negative = negative
