I've been looking at solar panels. They're rated in DC Watts, but lots of household things use AC. So if a solar panel produced 200 DC Watts, how may I calculate it in AC Watts?
I would like a web site or something, that I could plug in different values and have it converted in AC.  With opinions to change the units and the effinicney of the transformer.

ideally RMS AC power would equal DC power X inverter efficiency.

AC watts is equal to DC watts. This is why rms values are used. There will be some losses in the conversion equipment.

You need to convert the DC power to AC by using a device known as an "inverter".  Inverters are not 100% efficient. so there is some loss.  Suppose your inverter has an efficiency of 90%, then 200 watts out of your solar panel becomes 200*0.9 = 180 watts ac available for appliances.
