1.Primase: Primase catalyzes the synthesis of a short RNA segment (called a primer) complementary to a ssDNA template. So it is D DNA-dependent, RNA-synthesizing.

2. DNA Polymerase I: DNA Polymerase I removes the RNA primer (created by Primase) from the lagging strand and fills in the necessary nucleotides of the Okazaki fragments. So it is C RNA-dependent, DNA-synthesizing.

3. DNA polymerase III arrives at the RNA primer and begins replicating the DNA, adding onto the 3'OH of the primer. So, it is C RNA-dependent, DNA-synthesizing.

4. D DNA-dependent, RNA-synthesizing
