The round trait is dominant = R.
Wrinkled  = r.
Rr x Rr gives 3 round (RR, Rr, Rr) to 1 wrinkled (rr).

Assuming that round (R) is dominant to wrinkled, the result of the crossing of 2 heterozygous plants would be a 3:1 ratio in the F2 generation  -  3/4 round and 1/4 wrinkled.
