Calvin cycle: CO2 and energy from ATP are used to form sugar. Just remember that the first product of photosynthesis is a three-carbon compound called glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate. Almost immediately, two of these (glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate) join to form a glucose molecule.

I don't know what any of this means, but maybe this page will help (according to the note on the bottom of the page, something there tells you what is needed to produce 1 glucose molecule!).
