1. True. The bond is hydrolysed in order to use the resulting energy to do work, so it must necessarily "store" energy there.
2. True. Same as above.
3. False

But 3 depends on what level this is. There are things called ribozymes which function as enzymes but are RNA rather than proteins. However if you haven't encountered these yet then it might want a "True" for the answer.
