When you first met Veronica, she came across as outgoing.  However, as more time goes by and your group relates to her over the long haul of working together, you and other group members become aware of her emotional neediness. You get the feeling that she wants people to like her, but in the end she often alienates other people by being too emotionally demanding.  While working with her in one of the small-group projects for your class, for instance, it appeared to you that she was going overboard in the way that she shared personal self-disclosures about her life and her background.  At times, she would get the group off-track from its work by talking about the problems she was having with her parents and her roommate.   In light of the way Schutz describes interpersonal needs, Veronica would appear to be:
A) performing a social-centered role.
B) oversocial.
C) a self-centered person.
D) overpersonal.
