Are the amino acids on the tRNA based on the mRNA's codons or the tRNA's anti-codons?

For example, what would the amino acid be on the tRNA (CGA) attached to the codon of mRNA (GCU)?

And if so, can you link a website where this information is displayed? My textbook does not explain this subject very well.
