What are the pharmcologic substances that are produced in hypersensitivity reactions like anaphylaxis and what is their source of origin?

I have so far histamines by mast cells. What else might be produced?

Yes, that's true. Anaphylaxis is caused by the release of histamine and other chemicals (I think like 200 other chemicals) from mast cells.

Look up things such as prostaglandin D2 and leukotriene C4

Yup and tetrapeptides such as eosinophil chemotactic factor, platelet activating factor, kininogenase and cytokines.. Although I am not sure if cytokines are considered pharmacologic substances =/
