Let's say -12(pie)/5 radians. How to find how many degrees they are and which quadrant does its terminal side lie?

It is spelled "pi" by the way. The conversion is 180 degrees / pi radian.

So just multiply -12pi/5 by 180/pi. This will give you the degrees which is -432 degrees. Therefore, go clockwise around the unit circle once to get to -360 degrees. then go an additional 72 degrees clockwise, this will then be equivalent to 288 degrees. So this angle lies in the fourth quadrant.
