Phenotype is what they look like, or how they actually come out. The male would have 6 fingers and the female would albino with 5 fingers.

The genotype is what there genes are. Because you can have both a dominant and a recessive gene, but show the dominant(your phenotype) but carry the recessive gene (genotype). The male would be SsFf which means he would carry the recessive but have a dominant phenotype. The woman has to be ssff, because a recessive trait has to have two recewssive genes present.

skin pigmentation
SS:Normal
Ss:Normal
ss:Albino

Finger:
FF: 6 fingers
Ff:6 fingers
ff: 5 fingers

The ratio

                  FS                   fs
fs               FSfs              fsfs

fs             FSfs                fs fs

so 1:1

Now, when you say heterozygous for the man, I'm assuming that you mean for both traits.

For the number of fingers:
Let F represent the extra finger allele
Let f represent the normal finger number allele

Using a Punnett Square with the genotypes Ff (the man, who is heterozygous for it) and ff (the woman, who is recessive for it), you will get:
50% Ff, heterozygous dominant for the extra fingers
50% ff, homozygous recessive for normal fingers

For the skin color:
Let A represent the normal skin color allele
Let a represent the albinism allele

Using a Punnett Square with the genotypes Aa (the man, who is heterozygous for it) and aa (the woman, who is recessive for it), you will get:
50% Aa, heterozygous dominant for normal skin color
50% aa, homozygous recessive for abinism

I hope this is what you were looking for! Smiling Face with Open Mouth and Tightly-closed Eyes
