What is the usual function of veins and arteries. Where is this reversed in the heart?

Both are pipelines for blood circulation. Arteries can withstand higher pressure, pumping blood away from the heart; veins are blood vessels that carry blood (deoxygenated) towards the heart.

Where is this reversed in the heart?

Isn't it reversed in the pulmonary artery and the pulmonary vein?
