the heart trying to correct(fix) itself when Congestive Heart Failure effects the exchange of substances at the systemic capillaries?

i.e CHF effects the exchange of substances..what is a negative feedback loop that trys to fix this problem?

Any help, much appreciated

I'm not sure of the exact mechanism but I believe that it might be a neural circuit somewhere between the heart muscle and the so-called S/A node.  It is neural circuits at the S/A node that regulates heart beat rate (timing).
