A.A chromosome and a gene are identical.
B.A gene is one section of a chromosome, and a chromosome may carry many genes.
C.A gene is larger than a chromosome.
D.A chromosome contains the entire DNA of a human; while a gene is only a single portion of that DNA.
E.A gene is made of DNA and a chromosome is only made of protein.

B. Chromosomes are in the nucleus of the cell. Mitosis and Meiosis deals with chromosomes. Mitosis is the replication and formation of identical daughter cells. Meiosis makes haploid copies of the cell to be combined with another gamete from another individual. Genes code for specific proteins. DNA is transcribed into mRNA, then the mRNA is translated to protein in the ribosome. Hope that helps...
