This is combo of chain rule and power rule:

h'(f(x)) * f'(x)

-1(7x^2)^-2  *  14x

take v to be (7x^2)

using power rule first take the derivative of the expression in relation to v ie. find the derivative of v^-1

multiply this by the derivitive of v in relation to x ie. find the derivative of 7x^2

you will get -(7x^2)^-2 * 14x

an easier method is to just multiply your powers and derive the total
