The male and female gamete contribute the same amount of choromosome to the fertilized egg. In humans, they would each contribute 23 chromosomes so that the fertilized egg has 46 choromosomes.

The seminiferous tubules is where the meiosis takes place therefore, creating sperms. Sperm duct is also known as the vas deferens and is involved with ejaculation when the duct contracts reflexively and propells the sperm forward.

Yes, if you're referring to a mitochondrial DNA chromosomes, because they all comes from mother's side, therefore there is a maternal inheritance. All karyotype chromosomes are contributed equally  from each parent.  
Seminiferous tubules is a place where the sperm is produced. After its production it leaves testis way of the rete, which ultimately converges on about twelve efferent ducts.

They both contribute equal amounts. 23 from the mother and 23 from the father, leaving you with 46. But it may interest you to know that the DNA in the mitochondria comes from the cytoplasm of the egg (mothers contribution).
