cytosine always pairs with guanine so c=g so 38 +38=76 percent is g+c. so 100 percent - 76 percent means that Adenine and thymine have 24 percent left. Since A=T 24/2 is = 12

the answer is 1

C & G = 76%

A & T = 24%

T = 12%
