i heard that alcohol raises the chemical GABA in your brain so it lowers your inhibitions..ihave social anxiety and whenever itry to talk to a girl 1 on 1 either i start a conversation and i get her confused of what im talking about or i think my lip is twitching whenever i talk or i get confident and i start saying stupid stuff that are too embarrasing,im 16 btw..so will GABA supplements help me lower my inhibitions instead of using alcohol...i remember one time i got drunk with my cousin and her friend and they were washing their hair on the shower and i had to pee so i just took a piss infront of em :0 lol true story..so will gaba lower my social inhibitions?Neutral FaceNeutral Face Slight Smile
