Aldosterone acts to retain sodium and water, and thus, increase bp.

I can tell you that C, D and E are not correct.

C. Aldosterone increases secretion of potassium ions
D. secretion of antidiuretic hormone is from the pituitary gland
E. a decrease in blood pressure in the kidney stimulates it's release

For B, usually, water follows net ion flow, so lets say more sodium is retained, more water will be retained. For it's effect on permeability i don't know.

For A, it could.

My guess on a medical exam would be A.
