Angiotensin II is a potent vasoconstrictor. It constricts perpheral blood vessels & increase the peripheral resistance (TPR). As BP=COxTPR and CO=HRxSV , to maintain blood pressure(i.e. to keep it from rising too much), the heart reflexly slows down. Ergo, reduced HR.

As was stated above, it is a reflex bradycardia or reflex slow heart rate. When angiotensis 2 causes vasoconstriction, the body slows the heart rate to maintain cardiac output at its optimum level.
