C) Dilation of the vessels serving the skeletal muscles
D) Dilation of the blood vessels serving the skin and digestive viscera

*** I think its C since skeletal muscle isnt directly linked by the ANS.. What do you guys think?

Blood flow to the skin and digestive system is reduced by the sympathetic nervous system and so the correct answer is - D).

Dilation would increase the blood flow.http://users.rcn.com/jkimball.ma.ultranet/BiologyPages/P/PNS.html
