Increase. Sort of a strange question though, because the only place where fluid is "filtered" is the kidneys (more specifically the renal corpuscles Rightwards Arrow filtration slits of the podocytes). Here, the combination of blood hydrostatic and osmotic pressure overpower those of the glomerular filtrate allowing fluid to be pushed through the filtration slits into the Bowman's capsule.
