Companies that hire workers with citizenship in a country other than the U.S. must show
A) that no American-born (or naturalized citizen) worker is available to fill the job.
B) the employee has the necessary skills and education for the job.
C) the employee is willing to work for a wage lower than U.S. citizens would work for.
D) the employee is a legal citizen of a country the U.S. trades with.
