Just wanted to get feedback on my answer. This is for Grade 12 Biology.

ATP production in light-dependent stage of photosynthesis: When the water molecules are split in PSII, releasing the H+ ions, the energy in the electrons causes the protons to move into the lumen, resulting in a higher concentration gradient of H+ ions. ATP is produced as a result of the concentrated H+ ions moving from the lumen to the stroma, via a protein called ATP synthase, where it converts the H+ ions into ATP (chemiosmosis).
