well the sun is very hot like the core is 5,5000 degrees Celsius so it must be hot hot hot  a candle is like the oven put to about 350 degrees  so the sun is more hotter or boiling and the candle isn't as much  hot

They both give out light and heat, and both of them will eventually run out of fuel and die.... but that's about it.

A candle is tiny combustion: fire = fuel + heat + oxygen.  The wick and wax is the fuel, the heat is whatever you lit it with (because it sustains itself after that), and oxygen is atmospheric.

The Sun is a massive nuclear fusion of atomic hydrogen into helium, possible because of the unimaginable temperature and pressures at the core.
