False. Proteins of different structure react differently with the acidic coomassie blue dye in Bradford reagent. For example, bovine serum albumin has a large hydrophobic pocket in it that binds larger amounts of the dye...thus proteins assayed by Bradford using BSA as a standard would have generally lower values compared to using bovine IgG as standard .
