My mom has Hep C and is very restless. She gets about 8 hours of sleep per night, but is very dizzy and tired during the day. What can be done to increase the amout of energy she has. She tried making vegetable/fruit juices, exercising to increase number of endorphins, and simply moving around a lot. She says it makes her feel better when she is active but I think that she still needs more rest? What do you think?
