How would your results change if we added a 20% starch solution mixed in a 1% Na2SO4 solution to the beaker in place of the mixture you used?
Please help! i have no clue as to what the answer could possibly be.  Neutral Face

Sodium sulfate (Na2SO4) is mainly used for the manufacture of detergents. Essentially, it would break down the starch into its monomeric form - glucose.
