One unit will convert one micromole of p-nitrophenyl phosphate to p-nitrophenol and phosphate per minute at 37C in the presence of AMP (2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol) at pH 10.35.

From your data 1.0 ml enzyme catalyses 900nmole in 10 minutes = 90 nmoles per minute = 0.09 micromoles = 0.09 Units.
