I have another question too.

Why is gastric lipase NOT as active as pancreatic lipase?
a. the ph of the stomach is too high and no bile is present in the stomach

e. the ph of the stomach is too low

Go with A.

I went with B because the pH in the stomach was @ 2.00 and no bile is present in the stomach.  B is the correct answer.
Before I saw the reply, I went with answer d. fatty acids and it was wrong.  The right answer is B, triglycerides
Next time before I submit my quiz, I will wait at least 24 hrs before I get an answer.  Thank you for your help Slight Smile
